Gangschaltung nicht richtig eingestellt und Sattelstütze zu lang, Rose meinte ich solle sie selber kürzen und für die schlechteingestellte Gangschaltung bieten sie mir 25€ Gutschein an. Ein Witz. Wenn kein besseres Angebot von denen kommt, geht das Bike zurück. Habe es sogar schon fertig verpackt und ist bereit für die Rücksendung. Wollte hier aber nur noch mal"

"ich hatte mich wegen einer möglichen rabattierung an rose gewandt, da ich ein älteres modell für den originalpreis erworben habe und kurz danach das neue modell für den ursprünglichen preis des älteren modells rauskam und damit das ältere modell reduziert wurde. ich hätte ehrlich gesagt nicht damit gerechnet, dass mir der kundendienst irgendwie entgegenkommt. zumal es ja immer passieren kann, dass man einen gegenstand erwirbt, kurze zeit später"
