"Meine Erfahrung bisher ist grundsätzlich gut, Domainpreise sind vernünftig, und keine Systemausfälle zumindest keine die ich gemerkt habe.
Allerdings ist das Dashboard/Übersicht auf der Seite einfach furchtbar, verwirrend und auf dem Stand von 2009.
Es hat mich 20-25 Minuten gekostet um herauszufinden wie ich ein "NameServer-Set" erstelle und das meiner Domain hinzufüge.
15 Minuten zu viel wie ich finde weil das keine komplizierte angelegenheit"

"Als Anfang September plötzlich die Server durch einen Bug bei INWX ausfielen und auch mehr als 24h später weder unser E-Mail-Account noch zahlreiche Webseiten funktionierten, sprach ich alsbald persönlich mit dem GF und er supportete uns mit kurzen, aber aussagekräftigen Inhalten, dass dies "in dem Fall leider eine größere Sache sei" und erklärte detailliert wie "bereits externe Experten die eigenen Admins unterstützen".
