"Ich bin seit mehr als 16 Jahren zufriedener Kunde von INWX. In all den Jahren musste ich den Support nur einmal kontaktieren (und mein Anliegen wurde zufriedenstellend gelöst).
INWX ist für mich ein sehr guter "No Frills"-Registrar: Alle Anliegen können automatisch erledigt werden.
Einziges Manko ist die etwas rustikale API, die keine API-Tokens kennt. Das ist im Jahre 2025 doch etwas schade."

"Seit Monate immer wieder Mailprobleme und Störungen. Auf Tickets werden ignoriert wenn man mal nach Rabatt für diese Probleme fragt. Meist fällt der Mailservice Nachts aus und wird dann immer erst ab circa 9 Uhr gemerkt oder von Kunden gemeldet. Dann dauert es immer noch 1-2 Stunden bis dieses Problem wieder behoben wird. Vor ein paaer Wochen gab es einen Ausfall von Abends 19 uhr bis nächsten Tag 11 Uhr Mittags. Das sind 16 Stunden Mailausfall."
