"Because Gandi was no longer supporting RU domains, was looking for an alternative... found INWX and had to contact their support as i had to do some manipulations, and just before this contacted Gandi support ... guess who replied first ? INWX of course, and thanks to their help managed to finish the trasfert... almost end of the day and still no news from Gandi"

"I cannot locate their chat, email or phone number for this company. I have been a customer over 10 years ... very few complains until now when one of my domains in my portfolio is offline, how long I don't really know but their shouldn't be a landing page for their company there! I think it has changed for the worse. "

"Ich habe am 20.02.2026 einen Domaintransfer zur Domain „radio-surprise.de“ bei INWX beauftragt. Leider konnte der Transfer aufgrund des Status der Domain nicht durchgeführt werden, da die Domain unmittelbar danach im PUSH-Verfahren an die DENIC übergeben wurde. Trotz eindeutiger Belege für die fehlgeschlagene Leistung verweigert INWX eine vollständige Rückerstattung der Transfergebühr und argumentiert mit automatischen Verlängerungen, die ich"
