Die schlimmsten Menschen habe ich bei Zühlke gesehen. Menschen mit grosse Klappe und nichts in der Birne haben die grössten Aufstiegschancen. Lästereien sind in der Tagesordnung.

Die netten und guten Mitarbeiter verlassen Zühlke. Man muss sich nicht wundern, wenn die Stimmung in den Projekten im Keller ist, wenn man sich jeden Tag mit manche Kollegen kämpfen muss.

Das Unternehmen lebt von intrinsisch motivierten Mitarbeitenden, die eine kontinuierliche Wertschätzung verdienen. Zum Beispiel ist eine minimale Lohnerhöhung von wenigen hundert Franken ein solches Zeichen.

Zühlke ist ein grossartiger Arbeitsplatz. Allerdings macht das Streichen aller Vorteile in den letzten Jahren es manchmal wirklich schwer, positiv über Zühlke zu denken.
Besonders in Bezug auf versprochene Gehaltserhöhungen oder Beförderungen, die nicht umgesetzt wurden. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob meine Loyalität als Mitarbeiter in diesen schwierigen Zeiten belohnt wird."
