"I brought my phone here which had suffered some water damage. The man who served me was very lovely and took apart and looked at my phone immediately and thoroughly. Unfortunately, the damage was unable to be quickly fixed and required new parts which would have taken longer to repair (understandably). I was leaving Vienna later that day so I was unable to leave my phone here, but I would have if I was staying longer as the service was brilliant"
