Tatsächlich hat es die Firma nichtmal geschafft, die Ware innerhalb 5 Werktagen zu verschicken. Mittlerweile ist meine Bestellung eine Woche her, bis jetzt Nix. Auf Rückfrage per Mail kam nichtmal eine Antwort. Zum Produkt kann ich noch nichts sagen, aber ich sag mal so - selbst Kleinanzeigen ist zuverlässiger."

"Ich habe am 07.12.2024 eine Retoure vorgenommen und bisher wurde weder die Rückzahlung des Geldes vorgenommen, noch wurde mir die bereits bezahlte Tasche wieder zurückgesendet. Dieses Verhalten ist äußerst fragwürdig. Da mir zumindest ein Herausgabeanspruch nach § 812 BGB zusteht.
