Purchased a year ago, and after initial slight difficulties in setting it up, and figuring out settings to enable battery life to be satisfactory, I was fairly happy with the watch.
Within a very short time there were repeated problems with the App connecting to the server, X-wrist help line gave the same excuse every time... "we are updating our server"
It has now been 4 days since my App managed to connect"

I got some support from their website chat but I would suggest implementing phone support as well, it would make things easier for the technology newbies such as myself."

The new version of x-wrist app is available for download in Play Store.
The issue is that are using an old Android 7 version that has no official updates anymore thus we made it obsolete in our app.. but we had made a quick fix and included it in the store for you.

"After much research for a device to monitor my blood pressure due to receiving a reading of 204 over 108 at hospital!!! I kept coming back to the X-Wrist first generation.
Recieved it on Saturday 23rd April. Downloaded the app and was super easy to set everything up.
It has been a revelation over the past couple of days to keep an eye on my blood pressure and watch it settle, also to monitor heart rate, blood oxygen & temperature. Also the app"

There are two big problems:
1. The app has issues, it is hard to configure on android.
2. It only has military time! (I was told this will change in the next updates)
However the watch works perfectly!
It's reliable and dependable and actually water proof. I have been swimming with it.
The numbers match my doctors medical cuffs perfectly.
BOTTOM LINE I AM HAPPY WITH IT!

It measures saturation, temperature, ECG, sleep, etc. thus I find it very useful to get a general idea of my physical condition and health. Also pretty great value for the money. First few days were me testing it against NHS approved medical devices and I have to say - it's pretty accurate.
Super responsive support team - they helped me configure the band properly for better measurement.
It has become my health control centre. There's a lot of data that you can see with this watch. I think there's no smart band / smart watch that actually has ALL these functions in 1.
