"Kompetent, kundenorientiert und freundlich. Bin wegen Rückrufs vom Hersteller vor Ort gewesen. Reibungslose Abwicklung, haben sich viel Zeit für mich genommen und mir empfohlen die HU beim TüV zu machen, weil sie günstiger ist als im Haus. Kaffee war auch lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen!"

Der Serviceberater versicherte mir, dass die benötigten Teile innerhalb von zwei Werktagen ankommen würden. Leider warte ich nun seit fünf Wochen, trotz regelmäßiger Nachfragen meinerseits, immer noch auf eine Rückmeldung. Jedes Mal, wenn ich anrufe, werde ich mit den gleichen Ausreden abgespeist und der Teiledienst meldet sich einfach nicht bei"
