"I have had to pay £7.99 to return this item and as i need to return a size 5 and 6 this is very expensive for me, this will put me off any further purchases from your store even thought the boots were lovely just to narrow"

"Not a strait forward Amazon refund but a very expensive option instead, £7.99 per pair and i have had to return 2 pairs because to narrow. This expensive return will put me off any further purchase or recommendation, even though the quality of the boots was lovely. Also there is no contact number only email to contact you which you do not reply to anyway!"
