Ich kann nichts über die aktuellen Arbeitsbedingungen bei Stylight sagen, da meine gesamte Abteilung 2017 nach der Übernahme durch Pro7/Sat1 entlassen wurde.

Start-up-Atmosphäre, keine Angst vor Fehlern (Try-and-Error-Prinzip), sehr viele Freiheiten, Agile Working Workshops, Kreatives Arbeitsumfeld und offenes Miteinander
Contra
Zu viele Meetings, teilweise übertriebene Teambuilding-Maßnahmen auf Kosten der produktiven"

Be clear singe the beginning for what are you really looking for. You changed the job title on linkedin,for instance,several times. Also, you can send the candidate a rejection email, not ghost them for weeks and wait for them to contact you."
