I ordered a pair of Kurt Geiger boots and sent it back on the 24/12/2024! On their website it states the refund will be processed within 14 days of the item being collected by Evri. I contacted them and they then said it was 14 WORKING days from the parcel arriving at their website. The item arrived at their warehouse on the 3/1/2024 and I am still awaiting a refund. I have contacted them several times to explain"
