"Awful customer service and unfriendly staff. Bought some clothes before eid - not in the sale or from eid collection and just been told they can’t be returned. Apparently they have a couple of weeks where they have no returns or exchanges - how does that make sense? Why would you not say that before the customer makes a purchase or have a sign up - cheeky"

When I asked the lady (the lady who was wearing a green dress and glasses to be specific) at the back who was busy unpacking to give me the size I want she looked at me in absolute disgust and continued to repeat herself very loudly after telling responding to her query very clearly multiple times. This made me feel very uncomfortable and ashamed of myself. She needs a 1 to 1 session on what manners are"
