Trustami do not directly asks your customers for reviews and is the only independent review provider. Already existing reviews are precious and valuable. For that reason we offer the possibility to protect your reviews in case of an account deletion or a provider switch.

"Schlechter Online Shop. Schuhe bestellt, irgendwann kam die Nachricht, dass momentan viel zu tun ist und sich der Versand daher verzögert. Bis dahin in Ordnung, kann bei einem scheinbar kleineren Laden vorkommen. Dann aber fast 3 Wochen später die Mail, dass sie versucht haben meinen Schuh nachzubestellen, aber leider ohne Erfolg. Man kann lieber direkt offen und ehrlich kommunizieren, dann wartet man nicht und sucht die Schuhe woanders."

Leider vermitteln die meisten Mitarbeiter den Eindruck, dass Kunden stören und man sich bestenfalls dazu herab lässt, mit angewiedertem Gesichtsausdruck den Schuhkarton an den potenziellen Kunden auszuhändigen. Heutige, sehr erfreuliche Ausnahme war der junge Mann mit Zahnspange! Das exakte Gegenteil, leider scheint er von den anderen Herren diesbezüglich ausgebremst zu werden."
