On 400 square meters of exhibition and workshop space, you will find completely overhauled or like-new electronic devices at reduced prices. With over 300 references and 500 products in stock, there is something for everyone. Our partners have been managing IT parks and mobile phone fleets in France and Europe for over 20 years. Companies that want to manage the second life of their IT assets or those of their customers in a meaningful way benefit from their know-how. They specialize in the purchase, reuse and overhauling of computers and mobile phones and manage all phases of the take-back process. The products are robust and reliable - on average, only 2% of the material has defects after delivery. They can be used by all customers, both individuals and businesses. We replace defective material within one year after purchase (optional up to two years) in the standard warranty. The warranty covers breakdowns resulting from a defect in electrical, electronic, electromechanical or mechanical components of one or more components of the warranted product, which originate in the product itself. This warranty is handled by our office on Réunion, which ensures customer service for our products directly in coordination with our suppliers in the form of repairs or replacements.

Trustami offers an innovative e-commerce review service that collects and updates all distributed ratings and reviews in one place automatically. With these information Trustami generates a dynamic trust badge which can be used everywhere on the Internet.

We help businesses to import existing reviews from 40+ sales- and rating platforms. A sales platform is a marketplace like eBay or Amazon. Review platforms are established providers like TrustedShops, Facebook, Yelp etc. where new reviews can easily be collected for free or as a paid service. The valuation basis can differ between these platforms because shipment, logistics or other services may be executed by these platforms. Hence, such reviewed services are only indirectly related to the service of the reviewed business. Every newly collected review is automatically imported into your Trustami profile. It is not necessary to start from scratch and collect reviews directly on Trustami.

Trustami do not directly asks your customers for reviews and is the only independent review provider. Already existing reviews are precious and valuable. For that reason we offer the possibility to protect your reviews in case of an account deletion or a provider switch.
