"when picking up the package the Biodri was leaking out of the cardboard box. The box was crushed so must have been dropped. Opening the box the tub inside was split round the bottom. The packaging and box was inadequate so the tub was poorly protected for transport. The whole lot had to be transferred to another plastic container."
