"Our helper Dani was efficient and thorough in cleaning our flat, she is on a different level from cleaners we found on apps like Housekeep. The flat has never looked tidier and it is definitely worth paying a premium to the apps to know your cleaner is paid a living wage."

"We booked Just Helpers for a one-off clean the day before we moved out and not only did they not follow the instructions sent to them on the pre-clean assessment form, they also made streaks with the cleaning fluid in between the glass doors of the previously unstreaked oven and were so carelessly vigorous that they part removed a shelf edge (see photos). The cleaners also tried to lie about the state of both these things before acknowledging"

"A friend recommended Just Helpers and they’re brilliant. We first had a video call and then were assigned a helper who cleans our house so beautifully. I love that they’re a living wage company and that the founder does so much to help prevent modern slavery and trafficking. Definitely recommend using them as your cleaning company"

"Edit 2:
Once again our booked cleaner never arrived. After contacting JH it turns out she never meant to take the job? That’s now 3 cleaners over 4 months who haven’t shown up, with very poor communication from JH. As yet we have no cleaner assigned. However, they do continue to send me invoice reminders.

EDIT: Shortly after posting this review I heard back. I will update once we've actually had a few cleanings.
