ERSTENS: ich hatte unsere Bestellung bereits am Morgen danach storniert, erhielt aber nur eine standardisierte Antwort. Die Waren wurden trotzdem ausgeliefert.
ZWEITENS: meine zweimalige Erklärung, dass ich mein Widerspruchsrecht in Anspruch nehmen würde, wurde ebenfalls zweimal nur mit der Standart-Email beantwortet.

"Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, nach 3 Tagen der Bestellung hieß es per Mail. Geld sei an mich zurückgebucht, ohne Begründung. Auf Nachfrage hieß es Lagerbestand sei leer. In der Mail war kein Name, genauso wie auf der Homepage, im Impressum steht lediglich die Fimierung. Total unseriös!"

"Die Ware war so mangelhaft,dass ich zurück schicken wollte. Das klappte aber nur mit Hilfe eines Rechtsanwaltes. Es lief bis kurz vor einem Gerichtsprozess. Antwort vom Kundenservice (der Name ist bei dieser Firma an sich schon ein Hohn) kamen extrem langsam oder gar nicht."

"Wir haben 2 Möbelstücke aus Echtholz gekauft. Die Lieferung der Vitrine erfolgte nach ca 3 Wochen. Die Vitrine wies massive Mängel auf. Schubladen total schief, massive Abweichungen in den Spaltmaßen und eine Tür, die sich nach unten hin wegdrückte. Der Umstand wurde umgehend per Mail reklamiert und mit einer Standardmail automatisch beantwortet und man solle von weiteren Anfragen absehen.
