"Vermutlich ein Einzelfall: Habe im November 2022 eine häufig vergriffene Kamera (Fuji) bestellt, damals mit einer Lieferzeit von über 6 Monaten. Bisher passierte nichts, stattdessen nur nette, unkonkrete Worten. Die fehlende Transparenz wirkt leider wenig professionell, eher sketchy. Lieber eine Ansage machen, auch wenn sie ehrlich benennt, dass es vermutlich über eineinhalb Jahre dauern wird und keine 6 Monate. Schade, daher nur 2/5. EDIT: Sehr"

Trustami do not directly asks your customers for reviews and is the only independent review provider. Already existing reviews are precious and valuable. For that reason we offer the possibility to protect your reviews in case of an account deletion or a provider switch.
