"Wollte das Auto um 09:00 Uhr abgeben für den Service/TÜV-Termin um 10:30 Uhr. War nicht möglich. Ich müsse um 10:30 Uhr kommen ... hab ich noch nie bei einem Autohaus erlebt."

"Vorab: es kann vorkommen, dass Termine aufgrund von Krankheit nicht gehalten werden können. Aber: es erfolgt kein Kundenservice, keine Information, nichts. Das Auto ist gekauft, bezahlt, alles fertig. Die Auslieferung wurde mit 2 Wochen angegeben. Aussagen, dass sich der Mitarbeiter meldet, werden nicht eingehalten. Es meldet sich keiner. Ruft man selber an, wird einem nicht zielorientiert geantwortet, nicht zugehört, sondern sofort 1.000Gründe"
