"Wir haben morgens um 10 Uhr dort angerufen, um einen Notelektriker zu rufen. Es hieß, 60-90 min. Nach 3 Stunden haben wir in der Zentrale nachgefragt und es rief uns ein Mitarbeiter zurück, er sagte er sei bald da und wollte WhatsApp Fotos von dem Schaden. Um 16 Uhr riefen wir ihn wieder an, da sagte er , es dauert noch eine Stunde. Ab 1730 Uhr, ging der Mitarbeiter nicht mehr ans Telefon. Wir riefen erneut die Zentrale an. Wir wurden weg"
