"Sadly, despite all the positive reviews, if you ever find yourself needing a business license, beware because, unlike individual licenses, the process is highly subjective, with prices starting at $7,000 to $15,000. I had a very rude salesperson who would not even engage in conversation, canceling the Zoom call appointment and telling me to take a hike. It was nasty, essentially telling me to take my business elsewhere. They have no room at all"

"Story Blocks stole $300 from me after I realized that the monthly subscription I thought I was purchasing turned out to be annual. I notified them of the mistake immediately. Requested refund and informed them that I would not be using their service. They charged me anyways, and I don’t have access to any services for which they have supposedly charged me for. They won the claim I filed with the bank. I’m still fighting for my money. It’s dirty"

"I used this company for about 2 years to create videos for YouTube. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The licenses expire for both video and audio, especially audio. You will get claims randomly and it will demonetize your channel.
Even when you link you channel, StoryBlocks does not renew their licenses on their end and you, the youtube creator, will pay the price for their negligence.
Further more - of the 1,562 songs i've downloaded, ONLY the (122)"

"I'm really not happy with the quality and selection of music since I've resubscribed, and I'd like a refund, but have been told it's not possible. Seems the music is now supplied by only a handful of people, and it all sounds the same. I'm going to have to looks elsewhere to find the right music for my client.
Edit: After some more digging it seems to be more the website's search engine more than their selection. Still makes finding the right"
