"aramex providng very poor service. Got SMS that item is out for delivery, but did not provide any contact number. the number on their website also doent work. the tracking on their website described 'attempted delivery failed since customer not available' which is totally false. they did not attempt at all. after some difficulty i found their delivery office and personally collected the item."
