"Ordered golf shoes, got email confirming order, then nothing for 3 weeks. Followed up to learn out of stock and further 2 months delay to supply. Disappointed!!
Then got better. Offered refund or alternative shoe and chose alternative. Immediately processed new order and since replacement cheaper, balance refund promptly arranged.
Hope to see shoes and refund soon!!
