"Unfortunately, we’ve had a very poor experience with Roof-Maker. They installed a skylight in our bathroom in London during summer 2024, and since then, we’ve experienced repeated technical issues due to failing motor components. Each time, it has taken weeks for them to send an engineer to resolve the problem.
Most recently, the skylight became stuck wide open on 21st April, leaving our flat exposed to rain. This was a clear emergency. Yet,"
