"VERY BAD management. Had numerous problems with the organisation.
Signed a contract, however when I arrived the apartment was not finished and had to relocate. Next to that, I had numerous problems during my stay. They promised a lot of things but never delivered.
Overall conclusion is that you are able to find a much nicer place for that price in Copenhagen. I would suggest doing some extra research before getting a place here."

Dies ist nicht nur meine persönliche Bewertung, sondern wird von vielen Mietern geteilt (mindestens 60 oder mehr Personen, ich habe nicht die vollständige Liste), die von der extrem schlechten Verwaltung und der unverantwortlichen Zusammenarbeit von Pulse bei der Lösung des Problems betroffen waren .
Uns wurde versprochen, dass wir am 15. August 2023 in Pulse Nørrebro einziehen könnten. Doch nach vier Tagen teilten sie"

"For me the essential part of choosing between living in Pulse and any other place is if whether you need to meet new people and create new friendships or it's not your priority. If it is, this is the place for you.
Definitely visit the room you're renting before signing anything."
