They offered to get me a different size to resolve the situation. The sizing wasn’t the issue, it was simply the way that it was touching my skin that I could not get passed. Unfortunately I had to return the item for a refund, but they gave me the instructions that I needed to do so."

Postal service which took unnecessary delay & didn't deliver it discreetly by mentioning the purpose of the product to the buyer's landlord. (Had it been Bluedart, they would've maintained high standards!) For a product priced ₹2800, I had to pay extra ₹2200 more as customs duty"
