"The massage bed arrived well packaged, on time and the bed is comfortable.
One problem, the headrest broke on the second use!
Could you (the seller) please send a replacement. Here are the photos of the broken piece.

The supplier was very communicative and promptly sent a replacement headrest. Very good customer service!
