"Buyer beware! They will promise you the world. When it comes time to file a claim they won’t honor it. Joke of a company.
I highly recommend not wasting your time or money. You call customer service or claim line and no answer (leave a voicemail). You call the sales line and immediate pick up. Lesson learned the hard way. Stay away!"

"I have an issue with my truck and and it took 3 days to finally talk to someone at Ideal. The dealership had the same issue getting in touch with them just to find out my truck isn't covered for the problem. I've been without my truck for 3 days now"

"How can this company still conduct business? They have not paid for a claim we previously got authorization on for over 6 months. At this point in time I do not believe we will get payment for repairs on a vehicle we have already performed. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"
