Not a problem, and expected. 2 weeks after ordering and still no confirmation of shipping or any communication from the store. I emailed to chase up and didn't hear back for another 4 days when I received three completely unsolicited refunds with no explanation"

"My son was absolutely over the moon when I brought him here. As an avid Warhammer fan, he was delighted with the huge range of stock, including items that had been discontinued elsewhere. We left with an extremely heavy bag full of scenery and bits and bobs, and will surely return many times now that you've been "discovered". You made a kid very happy!"

"Decent stock levels, and I can forgive the place looking like it needs a clean. I’ve been three times. None of the visits were good, the last time the staff member I spoke with wasn’t helpful or interested and to be honest a little rude. I’ve never been back, I now go to the main hobby shop for the brand I buy, I’m getting awesome service there, the store is clean and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and engaging.
