"Woody was an absolute legend and came through for us on Christmas Eve, to save the day! 🥳 We had ordered a scooter online a week earlier, with a delivery date of the 23rd.
The 23rd came and no scooter. We got an email to say, "the item became out of stock during the delivery process." Our son loves scootering and had asked for a new stunt scooter for Christmas, that's all he wanted.
I couldn't do anything as it was the evening of the 23rd, so I"

"We were given a flawless customer service by Woody and his wife. They took their time with each of the children to make sure we all got the right size decks, pads, helmets etc. He showed the children how skateboards were put together which was of interest to them and he explained how to take care of their decks. He is great with kids! I can’t wait to have a reason to go back there! Five stars !"

"Our daughter suggested we get her hubby a skateboard for Christmas. I asked a couple of skateboarding friends who would they recommend. Both said Big Woodys. I gave them a call, spoke to Andrea who asked a few pertinent questions and we were sorted. The board arrived within two days, and the look on our son-in-laws face on Christmas was priceless. I know where we will be the grandkids skateboards from."
