"We had a 5ish hour layover at Zurich Airport and chose to book 3 hours with a van and driver. We had time to drive through Zurich (city), he took us to the Lindt World of Chocolate which was great then he took us back to old town Zurich for some great gelato and a few minutes of site seeing/shopping/beer in the old town area. "We were flying into Zurich to get to Basel. Having flown here for business and now on vacation, I hadn’t adequately prepared for the trip. I was getting on the flight to Zurich and submitted an online request for transfer at 7 am. I was confirmed in less than an hour for a 11:35 am pickup. We had a lot of luggage so I had requested an SUV but they didn’t have one available so they upgraded for free to a nicer sedan. The driver was waiting for us"
