"We have been a customer for more than 20 years yet we have repeatedly been let down from the customer service department and the legal team when trying to upgrade services leaving us with major disruption to our systems and processes. We have an urgent query regarding the upgrade that has not been resolved since March 2025 leaving us with a substandard product, a frustrated staff and customer base.
If I could give no stars I would."

"Please avoid using this company. We were with them for over ten years before they took over Excel. Never had any problems and then soon as the takeover happened couldn't get any support. Call up they don't reply. Discovered they hadn't paid a cease to BNP Paribas as agreed in contract. Wouldn't reply back to emails or call back. Decided to leave for another provider as we were so frustrated. Wavenet kept blocking the transfer and sending bills"

"Never dealt with such a poor company who provide landline & broadband services. Cancelled my services in July 2024 & despite being out of contract I had to give 3 months notice which took it to October 2024, they kept billing me in November so I contacted them by phone email & their support ticket service & here we are in February & still being billed for 4 x SIP channels that have been moved to a new provider since last October. "Worst company we have ever dealt with. Can't get contract dates correct, never mind being all about money. Rubbish customer service. I wouldnt give them 1 star but you have to, to post the review."

"Poor service
When this company took over Adept they took over my already closed account without my authorisation.
They have been trying to bill me for this closed account and despite me periodically providing evidence that their employees gave me! I am still being pursued on a regular basis for outstanding debts."
