"I went today at 11a brandon mall...kaya was the one who did my facial. They advertise a $69 facial with ultra light etc. This is NOT what i got. No brushes on my face....or the ultra light piece that goes over your whole face. Kaya was very nice but she is new at doing facials...😔...It was very disappointing...it was un-kept...missing tile in ceiling over bed and smelled of stale sweat. Owner was nice...i think they are into selling their"

"Read the ingredients. ALUMINUM!! Listed right there on the box. The guy there told me mercury is a natural element. So is Arsenic. I had them immediately remove the product from my face."

"They wanted $1400 in the mall for this !!!!! Amazon has it for &75!!!! What a scam!!! As i told the sales associate i wasn’t going to buy anything he came down to $150… lol… i said no then he said well if you come back it’s $1400…. maybe a good product but no thanks"

"It's a scam. I've run into these places in Jamaica, Hawaii, and now in my home of 20 years, Austin. I'm not sure how they're allowed to legally operate still. I've avoided them, but I'm writing this review because a member of my family fell for their scam and was charged 112 NONREFUNDABLE DOLLARS. They grab you and either falsely diagnose you with a skin condition (they've told my mom she has rosacea) or insult your skin and make you feel self"
